Coming from a background in Graphic Design, I ventured into the cake making business a few years ago and have found my lifelong passion.  Of particular interest to me is the hand made flowers.  Having attended many one on one classes and numerous tutorials over the past few years, I have built a steady clientele with my business and enjoy taking things to the next level. 
 
As with fashion, designs change over the years and I am always keen to try the latest methods and techniques and keep on top of the ever changing cake crafting world.
 
I am primarily based in Auckland with commercial premises, but have a holiday home in Taupo which I spend almost every weekend at.  It is our intention to fully move back to Taupo within the next three years and again become a permanent resident catering to the Taupo and wider regions.
