The Bothy

Looking for a place to relax before or after your big day? Or perhaps you have guests coming into town and want them to receive some great Taupo hospitality.

The Bothy is the place for you. It is a well-appointed self-contained unit with breathtaking views of Lake Taupo and the Tongariro National Park.

It was built in 2005 and can sleep up to 6 people, including one king size bed in the bedroom, a sofa in lounge which converts to double slat bed and a loft with two single beds.  Other features include; a bathroom,  a TV with DVD player. SKY TV (by arrangement), wireless internet access, large outdoor living area with table, chairs and barbecue available.

All of this just an easy 25-minute stroll to town along the lake front, approximately 5 minutes by car to Taupo Township and a 2 minute walk to good restaurants.
